Refund Policy

Meret Society accepts returns within 15 days from delivered date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, order confirmation email, or transaction ID is required.

Each item is inspected prior to shipping. In any case that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photographs and detailed descriptions of the defect for evaluation. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized items

• Final sale clearance products

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@meretsociety.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and specify the desired replacement.
